Sea Pines is a place of quiet seclusion. A community of 28 condos directly on the beach at the northern tip of Longboat Key, this area is much less dense than other parts of the island. Homes here are two-bedroom floor plans - many with dens, screened lanais, and Gulf views past the dunes.
Life at Sea Pines centers on the sand and the pool. A large heated pool sits among lush tropical grounds, with the private beach path just steps away. Sea Pines is also one of the friendliest communities on the island for dog owners - two dogs are welcome, even large breeds. Owners can also lease their homes up to six times a year with a one-month minimum.
